Lost in Interpretation? Truth, Scripture, and Hermeneutics

  • Semi-Technical
  • Kevin Vanhoozer

Vanhoozer writes about the use of the Bible in systematic theology. He focuses on doctrine as the linchpin between biblical interpretation and theological truth. Vanhoozer reflects on truth and interpretation in the current theological climate and the task of interpretation. His proposal is one where doctrinal truth becomes a matter of theodramatic correspondence between the words of the interpreter and the words and deeds of God.
