The Regulative Principle of Worship (2)

The Regulative Principle of Worship (2)

  • Popular
  • Cory Griess

The regulative principle of worship states that God does not only call us to worship him, but also tells us how to worship him. Public worship is regulated by God, and this is where the true freedom of worship lies. This article explains this principle as it appears in the New Testament. The author also applies this principle to today's church by distinguishing between the elements of worship and the circumstances of worship.
