The section we present here covers the Patristic Era (AD 100–600) and the Middle Ages (600–1500). This era includes the Augustine-Pelagius Debate, Semi-PelagianismAugustinianism, Thomas Aquinas, Duns Scotus, and Gabriel Biel.
