Do artistic gifts in general derive from the Holy Spirit? This article discusses this question through the lens of Exodus 31:3 and its mention of Bezalel and Oholiab, as well as through commentary from especially John Calvin. The author makes a specific application to liturgics, where the relationship between church and art calls for our attention.
