Is Christ Inferior to God?

Is Christ Inferior to God?

  • Semi-Technical
  • R. G. Crawford

What is the relation between Christ and God? Is he in some way inferior to God? This article must be read against the background of the ecclesiastical history of the author's native Ulster. There were certain "nonsubscribers" who were those Irish Presbyterians who opposed subscription to the Westminster Confession of Faith. Their primary motive was their Arian sympathies. The purpose of this article is to discuss the question whether Christ's obedience to God indicates inferiority.
